The Box Office closes at the end of the first intermission for Calgary Flames, Calgary Hitmen, and Calgary Wranglers games, and at the end of half-time for Calgary Roughnecks games. For concerts, the Box Office will close once the headline performer takes the stage.

The Calgary Flames and Ticketmaster Ticket Office is located on the north side of the Saddledome, located off 14th Avenue and 5th Street S.E. An ‘Event Only’ Box Office is located on the west side of the Saddledome and is open two hours prior to events.
