The random ticket draw system in place at the Scotiabank Saddledome begins one hour prior to a concert or show on-sale. Everyone in line at the Scotiabank Saddledome Box Office will be given a numbered ticket. A number is then randomly drawn and the person holding that number becomes the first person to purchase tickets for the show. The rest of the line forms numerically behind the number drawn. For example, if five numbers are distributed and #3 is drawn, the line-up formed would be 3 – 4 – 5 – 1 – 2.
Anyone arriving at the Scotiabank Saddledome Box Office after random ticket numbers are distributed can purchase their tickets after all random ticket draw numbers have been served.
