The Culture + Entertainment District is under construction, and we know construction of this nature can be disruptive. During this time vehicle and pedestrian access to the ‘Dome will be restricted and parking may be limited. Check out the LIVE Access map to stay up to date on detours and road closures.

Important News and Updates:

Monday, February 26 through March 2024
ENMAX will be working on the south side of 12 Ave around 6 St S.E. to enable utility relocation for the Green Line LRT project for about one month beginning on February 26. This work will require the closure of the parking lane on the south side of 12 Ave. Access to Calgary Arts Academy via 6 St S.E. will be maintained at all times. Please follow signage and flaggers.

Tuesday, February 27 through mid-March 2024
12 Ave S.E. will be closed between 5 St and 6 St S.E. beginning the week of February 26 for approximately two weeks to enable underground service work related to the Calgary Event Centre Block. Traffic will be detoured south via a temporary construction roadway. Please follow signage and flaggers.

GETTING TO THE ‘DOME

To reach the ‘Dome via C-Train disembark at Victoria Park/Stampede Station.

  • Access the ‘Dome via bus routes: 10, 17, 24, 69, 300.
  • We strongly encourage all fans to plan accordingly and arrive at the ‘Dome early.
  • View Calgary Transit route maps and schedules here.
  • You can find updates about Transit service impacts caused by the 17th Avenue Extension by visiting the Calgary Transit Service Updates page.
  • When taking taxis or utilizing rideshares, pick up and Drop off locations can be found on both the North and South Sides of the ‘Dome. Please follow directional signage.
    • North: on 10th Ave SE by Village Ice Cream, and in the
    • South: by the west plaza adjacent to the Scotiabank Saddledome.  Please follow directional signage.
  • Open on Google Maps for directions to the ‘Dome via personal vehicle
  • Follow detour and wayfinding signs, and check The C+E Access Map regularly for real-time updates.

PLEASE NOTE: In addition to the Stampede Park construction, there is also construction North of the Scotiabank Saddledome which will cause traffic delays and limit parking availability. View the ‘Parking At the ‘Dome’ section below for up to date parking information.

PARKING AT THE ‘DOME

At this time, we strongly encourage all fans without Scotiabank Saddledome parking permits to use public transit, or or to utilize off-site parking in the downtown core.

We recommend parking off-site. Click here to view the City of Calgary lot locations or park at one of our suggested lots:

  • If coming from the South:
    • Enter the area from the south via 25 Ave S.E., where construction is less impactful.
    • Parking in Stampede Lots will be available ($18 per vehicle).

Follow detour and wayfinding signs, and check The C+E Access Map regularly for real-time updates.

If you have received a parking pass labeled for Lots A, B, C or PAD, it is recommended to enter Stampede Park via 5th Street SE from 12 Avenue SE. (View on Google Maps)

The Scotiabank Saddledome recognizes the needs of guests with accessibility challenges. We understand our venue can be difficult to navigate for persons who may experience barriers and hope to provide as much information as possible to ensure a positive experience within our venue.

  • Accessible parking is located in Lot 10, Lot 8, Lot 20 or the Remington parking lot just north of 11 Ave S.E.
    • Cost per vehicle is at the prevailing rate, with no in-out privileges.
    • Spaces are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

BUILDING ENTRY POINTS

We understand the importance of making your entry into the venue as seamless as possible. Unsure which entry point is the best for you, visit the Seating Map for more detailed information.

The West entrance allows for direct access to the main public concourse and west elevator. We recommend using this entrance for easy access to:

  • Sections 201 – 228
  • Stairs to Press Levels 1 – 9
  • Platinum Club (Take the West Elevator)
  • Alumni Lounge (Take the West Elevator)
  • Terrace level suites 15 – 26 (Take the West Elevator)
  • Super Suites 27, 202 and 203 (Take the West Elevator)

The Dutton’s Original 16 Lounge Entrance allows for direct access to the Club level and north elevator. We recommend using this entrance for easy access to:

  • Club Sections 115 – 122
  • Club Suites 4101 – 4140
  • TELUS Club Buffet
  • Saddleroom Grill (Take the Northeast elevator in the TELUS Club Lobby)
