Want to go behind the scenes to see where international artists and entertainers prepare for their event? If so, come tour the historic Scotiabank Saddledome! This multi-use facility is one of the most innovative building designs in North America.

TOUR INFORMATION

The Scotiabank Saddledome offer walk-in venue tours free of charge during the summer months. Tours begin at the west lobby entrance of the Saddledome and take approximately 1 hour, with walking, stair-climbing and heights involved.

Points of interest include:

  • Main Concourse
  • Event Level & Dressing Rooms (as available)
  • Press Box
  • TELUS Club Level
  • Saddleroom Grill
  • Platinum Club
  • Alumni Lounge and Super Suites.

Time permitting, additional areas of the arena will be included.

NOTE: The Calgary Flames locker room is not a part of the tour.)

Free parking is available in the lots immediately north of the Saddledome off 14th Avenue & 5th Street S.E.

PUBLIC TOUR SCHEDULE

Venue tours run through the months of June to August on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays beginning at 11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. on non-event days. Reservations are not required, however we encourage visitors to call 403-777-1375 to confirm the schedule, as availability may change without notice due to events in the building.

2023 BLACKOUT DATES:
Please note that tours will not be available during the following dates:

  • Friday, June 30th (Blink-182 2023 World Tour)
  • Friday, July 7th through Monday, July 17th (Calgary Stampede)
  • Friday, August 11th (WWE Friday Night Smackdown)
  • Friday, August 25th (NF Hope Tour)

Tours are not available during hockey season beginning September 1 through the end of the playoffs.

PRIVATE TOURS

Private tour arrangements can be made for groups of 20 or more on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from June through August at 9:45 AM and 2:30 PM. Please call 403-777-1375 to schedule a private tour. Please review the blackout dates above as they remain in effect for private tours.

SECURITY REMINDER

Just a reminder of security screening procedures when attending the Scotiabank Saddledome — there are walk through magnetometers at all points of entry and guests will be asked to remove all items from their pockets as well as all hats. All bags are subject to search, please bring as little with you as possible.
