Shawn Mendes is a Canadian singer and songwriter from Pickering, Ontario.
Mendes gained a following in 2013, posting song covers on the video-sharing application Vine. The single “Stitches” reached number one in the UK and the top 10 in the US and Canada. Among his accolades, Mendes has won 13 SOCAN Awards, 10 MTV Europe Music Awards, 8 Juno Awards, 8 iHeartRadio MMVA’s, @ American Music Awards and received three nominations for a Grammy Award and one nomination for a Brit Award.

Dermot Kennedy is an Irish singer-songwriter best known for his 2019 hit 'Outnumbered'. Kennedy bridges folk and hip-hop together and has previously released two studio albums, Without Fear and Sonder.
GQ magazine described Kennedy as a "singer with a rich, reverberant voice, [with] epically emotive songwriting skills (think Ed Sheeran, but darker, more melancholy)."
